What this is: A private list of phone numbers your team should NOT dial.
Two categories — people who asked to be removed (regular DNC) and known TCPA litigators (people whose hobby is suing companies for unsolicited calls).
The OraTek dialer cross-checks every outbound call against this list and blocks it. What this is NOT: The federal National Do Not Call Registry. This is your internal, company-specific list. If you're calling consumers, you still need to scrub against the federal registry separately.
