How it works

  2. 2We flip your CRM seats to partner pricing on your next invoice. Pro becomes $25/seat/mo (or $20 annual). Existing seats credited prorated.
  3. 3Stay on partner rate as long as you're an active swab customer. No minimum order quantity. We check quarterly; if you stop ordering, you'd revert to standard rate at the next renewal — never mid-month.

What's the Lab Partner program?

If you run oral fluid drug testing on OraTek swabs (instead of Quantisal), every paid CRM seat is 50% off — $25/mo on Pro instead of $49 (or $48 on Enterprise). Minimum swab order quantity required; threshold scales with team size and is typically met by any lab running an active testing operation. No setup fee, and if you stop ordering swabs your seats revert to the standard rate at the next renewal — never mid-month. Enrollment goes through sales (not self-serve) so we can confirm eligibility, and the discount is itemized on every invoice; customers who bill federal healthcare programs should raise that with sales when enrolling. Email sales for the minimums tied to your team size.

What counts as a seat?

Any active user with an active login. Disabling a user (Settings → Team → Disable) immediately frees their seat. We pro-rate within the billing period.

Can I switch plans mid-month?

Yes. Upgrade is instant and pro-rated. Downgrade applies at the start of the next billing cycle so you don't lose access to features mid-month.

What happens if I cancel?

Full access through the end of the current billing period, then your org goes read-only — reps can sign in and view data but can't write. Reactivate any time. To fully remove your data, use Settings → Data rights → Delete organization. Learn more.

Do you offer annual contracts?

Yes — annual prepay on Pro saves you two months (effectively $40/seat). Enterprise is annual-only. Contact sales@oratekdx.com.

Is Julie's inference cost included?

On Enterprise, yes. On Pro, you bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key — we don't mark it up. Typical heavy-user spend is $10–30 per rep per month directly to your AI provider.

What about HIPAA?

OraTek is designed not to handle PHI. We process B2B contact data (decision-makers at clinics/labs), not patient data. If your use case touches PHI, contact us about a BAA — available on Enterprise.

How do you handle multi-tenant isolation?

PostgreSQL Row-Level Security on every customer-data table. No application code path can read across orgs. Details on the Security page.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?

No. Pro is self-serve — sign up, start your trial, invite your reps. Enterprise includes white-glove onboarding at no extra cost, bundled in the annual contract.

Can I white-label it?

On Enterprise, yes — custom domain, custom branding, your colors and logos. Useful for franchisors, agencies reselling to clients, or industry-specific operators. Talk to sales.

What's your refund policy?

Monthly: no refunds, just cancel any time (you keep access through the period you paid for). Annual: pro-rated refund minus a 5% processing fee within the first 30 days; after that, term completes.
